All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after business hours will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Estimated delivery times:

  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–3 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment.

Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Youcee Botanicals is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@youceebotanicals.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
